GREAT BONE MARROW BIOPSSYY RESULTS!!!!!!Views: 79

What an Amazing Day this has been. I had an apppointment with my oncologist, Dr. Peter Weiss and I received my results, Great News!: Cytogenomics Report: Within Normal range. FISH (Fluorescence In-Situ Hybridization)
Negative for BCR-ABL1rearrangement none found.
All of this means that I am in Monecular Remission. Everyone was very concerned that I was going to have a major setback going by my weekly CBC counts but by a Miracle I received Blessed News today. So, I do not have to go back for 3 months and just have weekly CBC’S. All my Prayers have been answered once again.

That is so wonderful to hear! I am so happy for you!

God is good.

Hi Patty,
That is so wonderful about your good news on your post of June 19. THANK GOD.
I haven’t been able to see very well the last few months and I have missed some posts. I couldn’t read the small print plus my eyes hurt if I used them too much. I had cataract surgery on June 9 and again on July 14 on the other eye. My eye sight is slowly beginning to get better.
I just had you on my mind and was wondering how you are doing now. I sure hope all is well with you. Please keep in touch when you have time. I really care.
My love, thoughts and prayers are with you, my friend.
Hugs,
Joyce

Patty I am so happy for you- keep up the positive attitude and prayers you are an inspiration for all of us!
Theresa

Dear Patty,
Thank you for that nice compliment. You are a sweet and beautiful lady.
Yes, that little man is my youngest grandson. My husband and I looked after him from the time he was born until he was 6 years old. My daughter worked long hours and was out of town often so we got very attached. We lived in Greensboro, NC, at that time. Cheryl divorced her husband and married again and they were transferred to Myrtle Beach, SC, in November, 2006. I miss Rob and Rob misses me. He loved his “Pa” (as he called my husband) and it was so hard on him when he died.
My husband died in May, 2006, and in January, 2007, I came to live with my other daughter (twins…but not identical) in Scotland Neck in the northeastern part of NC. She has a son, Shawn, who will be 10 years old in September and I now babysit him for her. You don’t have to do much for him but be there and fix him food. My 5 grandsons are ages 26, 12, 10 and Rob who turned 8 today. My granddaughter is 2 years old (Rob’s half sister). I have a step grandson who is 22 and a step granddaughter who is 20.
Myrtle Beach, SC, is very nice but my daughter does not want to live there forever. Her husband works in finance for Hard Rock Theme Park and they are living there because they just built and opened a Hard Rock Theme Park there. The home office of Hard Rock Park is in Orlando, Florida. Cheryl is hoping they will soon get transferred there or either to Texas. I really will hate to see them move any further away. All the moving around was one reason I came to live with Shirley. I am getting too old and too tired to keep moving.
As for my eyes, I guess I will just have to live with some problems. I can see better and colors are prettier and more vivid so that is worth something. I will just have to deal with the other problems and rest my eyes when they get tired. I am not as young any longer as I would like to believe…lol.
Take care, my friend. My prayers are always with you also.
Love and hugs,
Joyce
